My Philosophy
I have a belief system that everyone has an opportunity. Life provides us opportunities over and over that that can be challenging, and honestly very challenging to navigate. Within this there can be deep rooted systems that we may not be aware of that are holding us back from being who we are meant to be. That feeling of I am just Stuck. I want more. I want to be something. I want to do something different. The feeling of more, different, better. Struggling in a relationship? Challenged with parenthood? Want to move up in a career? Working toward personal growth? Navigating stress or grief? Want to get a group together for coaching? I can help with all of that.
In my experience I have helped others with breaking through what has held them in the space they are stuck in. The tools that I have helped with have allowed them to gain confidence in themselves, to have a shift in mindset, allowing a new perspective into what new and different can be. The knowledge that change is possible, it doesn't have to be scary, and can be a journey that can be an adventure. Creating a space that will allow you to have a journey with someone by your side helping you along the way.
I have a passion for what I do, the connections I have made, and the many connections I get to have in the future. I also believe that the world is meant to be a better place and within investing in you, and making your world a better a better place you also will be investing into another person in the community. The basis behind this is by stepping into self care for you, there is room to allow someone else to get these same coaching services in a volunteer environment.
My business model automatically includes coaching services that I provide for underserved populations, when you choose into coaching with me your contract will support my time into continuing to support into the community.

6 Session Package: A foundational journey to explore key areas for growth and identify the real focus. In these sessions, we’ll scratch beneath the surface, gain clarity, and introduce simple yet effective tools to support initial self-awareness and insight.
Activate & Begin Transformation:
12 Session Package: Building on clarity, this package adds skill development and hands-on practice. You’ll start using the tools consistently, develop stronger habits, and begin to notice meaningful shifts as you apply what you’ve learned in real-life situations.
Deepen & Integrate:
18 Session Package: Here we take things further. Continue building momentum as you deepen your practice and integrate coaching tools into daily life. This is where breakthroughs happen-sustainable change begins to take hold as you grow your confidence and capacity.
Master & Foundation Building:
24 Session Package: Solidify your transformation. These sessions focus on embedding tools, reinforcing strengths, and cultivating lasting change. You’ll develop a strong internal foundation to support your next chapter, empowered with skills and mindset for ongoing growth.
Included In All Coaching Packages:
During the duration of your coaching contract your coaching will include the following:
- The agreed upon number of sessions in the contract
- Each session will be 60 minutes in length
- Access to your coach for questions between sessions
- The coach can be contacted via phone, text, email with a response back within 24 hours of the message if not sooner (unless otherwise stated via advanced communication)
- Access to tools to help advance forward through coaching sessions
- Flexible scheduling to fit needs
