About Me

I have a belief system that everyone has an opportunity.  Life provides us opportunities over and over that that can be challenging, and honestly very challenging to navigate.  Within this there can be deep rooted systems that we may not be aware of that are holding us back from being who we are meant to be.  That feeling of I am just Stuck. I want more. I want to be something. I want to do something different.  The feeling of more, different, better.  Struggling in a relationship? Challenged with parenthood? Want to move up in a career? Working toward personal growth? Navigating stress or grief? Want to get a group together for coaching? I can help with all of that. 

 In my experience I have helped others with breaking through what has held them in the space they are stuck in.  The tools that I have helped with have allowed them to gain confidence in themselves, to have a shift in mindset, allowing a new perspective into what new and different can be.  The knowledge that change is possible, it doesn't have to be scary, and can be a journey that can be an adventure.  Creating a space that will allow you to have a journey with someone by your side helping you along the way. 

I have a passion for what I do, the connections I have made, and the many connections I get to have in the future. I also believe that the world is meant to be a better place and within investing in you, and making your world a better a better place you also will be investing into another person in the community.  The basis behind this is by stepping into self care for you, there is room to allow someone else to get these same coaching services in a volunteer environment. 

My business model automatically includes coaching services that I provide for underserved populations, when you choose into coaching with me your contract will support my time into continuing to support into the community.
